Important Vendor Info (Move In, Move Out, Shipping, etc.)
Included with Vendor Booths:
• Two (2) Vendor Name Badges
- Please add the (2) Names within your Exhibitor Portal (which you can access after purchasing your Booth).
Additional Vendor Badges (up to 4 more) can be purchased for $97 each during booth reservations or at a later date through the Exhibitor Portal.
• One (1) Six Foot Table with Two Chairs
The table and/or chairs can be removed if you have a custom exhibition setup. There will be email follow ups to confirm your Vendor Booth setup prior to the event..
• Five (5) General Admission Tickets for your Audience
All Vendors will receive five (5) General Admission Tickets to give away to lucky winners from their audience. Instructions on how to claim those complementary tickets will be provided in an upcoming email.
